Circuit Sessions

Time to shake it up

I am running Outdoor Circuit Sessions. My goal.. to create a positive environment outside of the gym where people can work together, build a community, reach their goals and enjoy fitness as a group!

The sessions include a variety of equipment to ensure an excellent training effect and add extra resistance. The classes are a full body workout and run approximately for 45 minutes. Class time tables are posted weekly and your first session is free. Classes are run in English and in a super friendly supportive environment.

Besides feeling fit and making new friends there are some awesome benefits from circuit training. When done right, it improves aerobic and anaerobic fitness, you get the benefits of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout that will throw your metabolism into overdrive and burn tons of calories! Also, if you're bored with your current workout routine, circuit training can provide some fun and challenging variety.
