I'm a fully qualified Circuit Coach & Personal trainer from Ireland now living in Barcelona. Fitness and helping people is what I love! Sport is a huge passion of mine from rugby to triathlons I’ve had a taste of pretty much everything! And over the years have helped many of my friends, family and teammates reach their goals. And now I am pretty damn excited to bring my knowledge and passion for fitness to you!
